Disney Day 4 {Magic Kingdom}

Today we were back at the Magic Kingdom for another day of vacation fun.

We started bright and early at Magic Kingdom with a trip on Space Mountain.

Then I headed to the People Mover while Ainsley and Ryan did Buzz.  I love the People Mover. It's so relaxing and you get to tour all of Tomorrowland!

After People Mover we went to get a Pineapple Float before meeting the rest of the family at our fast pass at Jungle Cruise.

We then did a fast pass for my all time favorite ride-Haunted Mansion!  I could do this ride every day and not get sick of it.  I absolutely love it!

After the ride I picked up my Halloween costume for this year at Momento Mori.  I'm so happy I got it.  I always stress about my Halloween costume but not this year!

After Haunted Mansion we had a quick service lunch at Harbour House and then Dad, Vicki, Brock and I rode the riverboat.  I always love seeing the park from a different perspective and the riverboat is perfect for that.

After the riverboat we were hot  and tired so we headed back to the hotel for some rest and a swim in the Hippy Dippy pool at our resort.

After our afternoon at the hotel we got ready for dinner at Chef Mickey's!  This is a great character meal because you get to meet Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy.

After dinner we headed back to the Magic Kingdom for extra magic hours.  We were able to do a lot of rides.  We did Big Thunder Mountain, Pirates, Teacups, It's a Small World and Barnstormer.

On It's A Small World right before you get off your boat there is a personalized goodbye message which we thought was really cute.

Ainsley met Cinderella.  She was thrilled!

We closed down the park at 11 and headed back to our resort.  Brock and I were exhausted!

Today we have a full day-Animal Kingdom, dinner at Park Fare and the Disney after hours event.

It's going to be a great day!

Disney Day 2{Magic Kingdom}

Bright and early this morning we headed to the most magical place on earth-the Magic Kingdom!

Today was the fullest I've ever seen the park.   It was PACKED today.  Before we went my Dad and I went to get hot chocolate at our hotel food court.  We are staying at Pop Century in the 50's section.  It's really cute!  This is the view from the balcony of our room.

We got to Magic Kingdom and headed straight for Mine Train.  We were in line a long time but the ride is SO fun it was worth it.

After Mine Train we had a fast pass for Big Thunder Mountain so we did that and then we had lunch at Pecos Bills.  I had the nachos and they were delicious!

After lunch Brock and I went back to the hotel to take a little rest.  He's been sick and has been such a trooper on our trip. Before we left we got Dole Whip Floats.  They were amazing!

After our rest we headed back. We stopped for a quick pic in front of the castle.

We did People Mover which Brock and I both love ❤

We also had a fast pass for Pirates and then we did Haunted Mansion  before dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern.

My niece Ainsley met two princesses today-Rapunzel and Tiana

After dinner we did Little Mermaid and Haunted Mansion one more time before heading back to our hotel.

It was a great day!  Today we are off to Hollywood Studios!

Disney Day 3-Magic Kingdom

We went back to a second day at Magic Kingdom and it was crowded-uncomfortably crowded even.  I've never experienced the park with so many people and I really prefer it less crowded :-)

We started out the morning by taking the train ride around Magic Kingdom.

Then we took a trip in the Steam Boat.  We've never done this before but it was really cute!

After that we went to see the Hall of Presidents.  I always love seeing this exhibit and Brock enjoyed it too.  I'm so happy he loves history so much!

This morning I took Brock to the Main Street barber to get his hair cut.

For lunch we went to Liberty Tree Tavern.  It was good.  This was my dessert it was ah-mazing!!!!

We posed for a quick picture in Liberty Square before heading to Tomorrow Land.

We rode the People Mover ( one of my favorites!) and did Carousel of Progress before the Festival of Fantasy parade at 3.

After the parade we headed back to our hotel for a much needed nap.

Brock and I headed back to the park at 7 for yummy Mexican dinner at Pecos Bills.

We took a spin on Dumbo...

We met with my sister and her family and rode Haunted Mansion.

Then we had a fast pass for Mine Train-we all loved it!

Next up we did Splash Mountain for the first time ever.  It was SO cold and there was no wait so we checked it out.  I'm glad we did because it was great!  This is the 50 foot drop.  Brock was so calm.  The rest of us were freaking out!

After Splash Mountain Brock went home he was soaked!  My sister and I did Astro Orbiter and headed home.  It was a great last night at Magic Kingdom!

Disney Day 2-Magic Kingdom

PWe spent today in Magic Kingdom which is my most favorite park!
We started out the morning super early with a quick stop for a picture before heading to Mine Train.  Look how excited my niece Ainsley is :-). Brock not so much (it was early)

I love Mine Train it's a fast roller coaster with magical Disney touches.  I love going through the mine and seeing the Dwarfs at work.  It was raining so we had to wear ponchos all.day.long.  Yuck!
I told Brock hands up but he wasn't feeling it ;)

Next we went to Adventure Land to do the Jungle  Cruise and Magic Carpets.

Then we headed to my favorite ride-The Haunted Mansion.

My niece Ainsley met some of her favorite  Princesses :-)

For lunch we went to one of our favorites-The Crystal Palace on Main Street USA.  We met all the Winnie the Pooh characters.  Eoyre is Ava's favorite so we got a picture with him.

After lunch we headed back to our hotel for a much needed rest.  Our naps at Disney are always heavenly because we are SO exhausted.  I walked 20,000 steps today!
After our nap Brock and I headed solo back to the park  to meet my BFF Sara who moved to Winter Park (a suburb of Orlando  in July)
It was SO nice to see her!  She andher fam have season passes and come to the parks every week!  It was great catching up with her and having her as our tour guide.
Sara,Brock and I were able to ride, ride, ride all night long!  We started off on Astro Orbiter, did People Mover, Pooh, Peter Pan, It's a Small World and Haunted Mansion.
We met my family for a quick dinner and head out with Sara for more rides!  We rode the Mine Train again with hardly no wait! My sister and Ainsley are big fans of Mine Train!

We also rode Buzz Lightyear.  Brock and Ryan took this very seriously.

We were also to ride Big Thunder Mountain 2 times, Barnstormer 4 times and Space Mountain 3 times!

My niece declared Space Mountain as her favorite ride ever.  I think this picture says it all she has a blast!
I am so grateful for this FULL day of Disney fun with my family and I'm so glad Sara  was able to join us for a fun evening.
We are headed back to Magic Kingdom in the morning!
